Christmas gift exchanges must be completed by January 4th.
We have a 14-day online purchase return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a return from your online purchases. Orders that qualified for free shipping over $150 or more will have the original shipping charge deducted from the order if an item is returned and the order no longer qualifies for the $150 or more amount.
Show orders and purchases are exchanges only and can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
